Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

At Tech Nobile, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, transparent and satisfactory shopping experience.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds for products purchased through our online store, in accordance with applicable United Kingdom consumer protection laws.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer customers 30 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request a return.

To qualify for a return under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, the item must:

  • Be in good condition, without damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

  • Include its original accessories, components and documentation.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Be accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions apply to our voluntary returns policy and do not restrict or replace any statutory consumer rights.

2. Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Where an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins when the final item is received.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us of their decision to cancel by sending a clear statement to:

Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk

Once the cancellation has been communicated, the customer has a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

During the statutory cancellation period, customers may inspect and handle products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, as they would be permitted to do in a physical shop.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose, where permitted by law.

Certain products and transactions may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right under applicable legislation.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes statutory cancellation rights.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, customers should contact our customer support team.

Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number.

  • Full name of the purchaser.

  • Product you wish to return.

  • Reason for the return, if applicable.

  • Photographs of the product if it is damaged or faulty, where available.

Our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products to our registered, commercial or administrative addresses without first obtaining the relevant return instructions.

Contacting us in advance helps us process returns efficiently. However, it is not a condition of exercising your statutory right to cancel, provided you notify us of your cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this information was communicated before purchase.

Where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, Tech Nobile will cover the necessary and reasonable return or replacement costs, as required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

No additional administration or handling fees will be charged for exercising statutory cancellation rights.

Any applicable return shipping costs and arrangements will be communicated clearly to the customer.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact our customer support team.

We recommend reporting any issues as soon as reasonably possible and providing photographs where these may help us investigate and resolve the matter.

Tech Nobile will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include:

  • A repair.

  • A replacement.

  • A price reduction.

  • A full or partial refund.

Failure to report a problem immediately does not automatically remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights and Product Guarantees

Products sold to consumers in the United Kingdom are subject to applicable statutory protections, including those provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under this legislation, goods must generally be:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for their intended purpose.

  • As described.

  • In accordance with any other applicable statutory requirements.

30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods

Where goods do not meet the applicable statutory requirements, consumers generally have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days and obtain a refund, subject to the conditions established by law.

Repairs and Replacements

After the initial 30-day period, consumers may be entitled to request a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Where a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, impossible or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable legal requirements, consumers may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Faults Within the First Six Months

Where a fault becomes apparent within the first six months after delivery, the law generally presumes that the fault existed at the time of delivery unless the trader can demonstrate otherwise or the presumption is incompatible with the goods or the nature of the fault.

After this period, the consumer may need to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

Statutory rights may continue beyond six months, subject to the relevant limitation periods and applicable legislation.

Any additional commercial warranty provided by Tech Nobile or a product manufacturer operates independently of these statutory rights and does not reduce or replace them.

7. Refunds

Where a consumer validly exercises their statutory right to cancel, Tech Nobile will refund the payments received for the cancelled goods, including the original standard delivery charges where applicable.

If the customer selected a delivery service more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with the deadlines established by applicable United Kingdom legislation.

For statutory cancellations involving returned goods, refunds will generally be issued within 14 calendar days of:

  • The date we receive the returned goods; or

  • The date the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back;

whichever occurs first.

Where Tech Nobile has agreed to collect the goods, or where no goods need to be returned, the applicable statutory refund deadline will be observed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the customer expressly agrees to an alternative method that does not result in additional charges.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, our customer support team will arrange an appropriate refund method without imposing additional refund fees.

Where a refund is due because goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, the relevant statutory refund requirements and deadlines will apply.

8. Product Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange a product for a different model, colour or variation may contact our customer support team.

Voluntary exchanges are subject to product availability and the conditions of our 30-day returns policy.

Where an exchange is requested because a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, the customer's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation will apply.

Statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will not be restricted by our voluntary exchange policy.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will provide the appropriate instructions for exercising any applicable cancellation or return rights.

Customers will not be charged unjustified penalties for exercising their statutory consumer rights.

Any cancellation request will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation and the terms of this policy.

10. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive, experiences delivery problems or is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery company and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where goods are lost before delivery, customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and their statutory rights.

The risk of loss or damage generally remains with Tech Nobile until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, other than the carrier.

Exceptions may apply where the customer independently arranges delivery through a carrier not offered by Tech Nobile, as provided by law.
