5. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed to customers in the United Kingdom are generally shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP/£).
The total price payable, including applicable taxes, delivery charges and any additional compulsory costs, will be clearly communicated before the customer confirms the order.
Where any import duties, customs charges or other costs may be payable separately by the customer, this information will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.
No additional charges will be imposed without the information and consent required by applicable legislation.
Promotional prices, discounts and special offers are subject to their published conditions and validity periods.

The purchasing process and contractual information will be available in English for customers in the United Kingdom.
Following an order, Tech Nobile will send an acknowledgement or confirmation by email or another appropriate electronic method.
An initial acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order unless this is expressly stated. Contract formation will be determined by the information communicated during checkout and in the relevant confirmation.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock unavailability or a genuine material error, Tech Nobile will inform the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Contractual information will be provided in a form that customers can retain and consult.
Order information will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Any additional charges associated with this payment method will be disclosed in advance.
Customers may contact our support team to request changes or cancellations, subject to the applicable terms and their statutory rights.
Electronic payments are processed by third-party payment service providers using their respective security measures.
Tech Nobile does not directly store complete payment card information in its commercial systems.
8. Order Confirmation and Verification
To help ensure accurate processing and delivery, Tech Nobile may contact customers by email, telephone or another communication method provided during checkout.
Such communications may be used to:
-
Confirm delivery details.
-
Verify incomplete or unclear information.
-
Resolve order-related issues.
-
Notify customers of product availability changes.
-
Coordinate delivery arrangements with the carrier.
Order verification procedures will not result in unauthorised additional charges.
Where necessary, customers may be asked to confirm or correct their delivery information before dispatch.
9. Product Availability
All orders are subject to actual product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Tech Nobile will notify the customer without undue delay.
Where applicable, the customer may choose to accept a suitable alternative voluntarily or request cancellation and a refund of any amounts already paid.
No product will be substituted with a different item without the customer's agreement.
Any cancellation or refund arising from product unavailability will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Tech Nobile delivers to the territories expressly offered during checkout.
Estimated delivery times, shipping charges and applicable delivery conditions are communicated before the order is confirmed.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
However, estimated delivery times do not override any mandatory statutory delivery obligations.
If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, customers will retain their rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The risk of loss or damage generally remains with Tech Nobile until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, other than the carrier.
An exception may apply where the customer independently commissions a carrier not offered by Tech Nobile, as permitted by law.
For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
11. Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may arrange additional delivery attempts or provide collection options, subject to its delivery procedures.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete delivery information and cooperating appropriately with delivery arrangements.
If a delivery issue occurs, our customer support team may assist in coordinating a suitable solution with the carrier.
Consequences arising from failed or uncollected deliveries will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
No automatic, excessive or unfair penalties will be imposed on consumers.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory right to cancellation, refund or redelivery.
12. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of their orders by contacting:
Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk
Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation before shipment.
If the goods have already been dispatched, customers may exercise their applicable statutory cancellation and return rights.
Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.
13. Statutory Cancellation Rights and Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period will generally run from the date the final item is received.
Customers must inform Tech Nobile of their decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
Following notification of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.
Certain categories of goods and transactions may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel, as provided by applicable legislation.
In addition to statutory cancellation rights, Tech Nobile voluntarily offers a 30-calendar-day returns policy, starting from the date the order is received, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds relating to statutory cancellations will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines and requirements.
For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Statutory Consumer Rights and Product Guarantees
Goods sold to consumers in the United Kingdom are protected by applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under this legislation, goods must generally be:
-
Of satisfactory quality.
-
Fit for their intended purpose.
-
As described.
30-Day Short-Term Right to Reject
Where goods fail to meet applicable statutory standards, customers generally have a short-term right to reject the goods within 30 days and obtain a refund, subject to the conditions established by law.
Repairs and Replacements
Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, consumers may be entitled to request a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied, consumers may also be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
Rights Within the First Six Months
Where a fault becomes apparent within the first six months after delivery, the law generally presumes that the fault existed at delivery, unless the trader demonstrates otherwise or the presumption is incompatible with the circumstances.
Beyond this period, the customer may be required to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.
Longer-Term Statutory Rights
Depending on the circumstances, consumers may have rights to pursue claims for faulty goods beyond the first six months, subject to applicable limitation periods.
For relevant contractual claims, the limitation period is generally up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland, depending on the applicable legal rules.
These periods are not a guarantee that every product will remain free from defects for that duration.
Any additional commercial or manufacturer's warranty operates independently of statutory consumer rights and cannot replace or restrict them.
15. Promotions and Discounts
Tech Nobile may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes and special offers.
Each promotion is subject to the conditions communicated at the time it is published.
Discounts will be applied in accordance with the advertised terms and applicable United Kingdom consumer protection requirements, including rules concerning price transparency and misleading promotional practices.
Promotional offers do not affect customers' statutory rights relating to cancellations, returns, faulty products or refunds.
Tech Nobile reserves the right to amend or withdraw future promotional offers, provided that doing so does not unfairly affect contracts already concluded.
16. Intellectual Property
Original website content, including text, designs, graphics, layouts, branding elements and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.
Trademarks, trade names, images and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Access to the website does not grant users any right to commercially exploit its protected content.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of protected content is prohibited, except where permitted by law or authorised by the relevant rights holder.
17. Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by customers and website visitors is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
This includes, where applicable:
-
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
-
The Data Protection Act 2018.
-
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as amended.
Personal data may be processed for order management, payment processing, delivery, customer support, legal compliance and other purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Customers may exercise their applicable data protection rights by contacting:
Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk
For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
18. Third-Party Services and External Links
Our online store may use services provided by third parties, including payment processors, logistics companies, e-commerce platforms and technology providers.
The website may also contain links to external websites.
Use of those external platforms may be subject to their respective terms, privacy policies and applicable conditions.
Tech Nobile does not control all aspects of independent third-party websites or services.
However, the involvement of third-party providers does not exclude or reduce any legal responsibility that Tech Nobile owes to customers regarding the sale, delivery or conformity of purchased goods.
19. Liability
Tech Nobile is committed to fulfilling its contractual and statutory obligations towards consumers.
We are not responsible for damage arising solely from clearly improper use, misuse or unauthorised modification of products where no legal responsibility can be attributed to Tech Nobile.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Customers' statutory rights concerning faulty goods, breach of contract and other matters protected by applicable consumer legislation remain unaffected.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and must be fair and transparent.
20. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If customers wish to raise a complaint regarding a purchase, they may contact our customer support team.
Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk
Telephone: +44 7457 422767
We aim to investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period, taking into account any applicable legal requirements.
Customers may seek assistance from relevant consumer advice services or competent regulatory bodies.
Where applicable, consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures.
Tech Nobile will provide information about any applicable ADR arrangements where legally required.
Nothing in this section prevents customers from pursuing their statutory rights or bringing proceedings before a competent court.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the contractual relationship.
Where Tech Nobile directs its commercial activities towards consumers residing in the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to those consumers will be respected.
The fact that KING ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLC is established in the United States does not deprive United Kingdom consumers of mandatory legal protections to which they are entitled.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions requires customers to bring legal proceedings exclusively before courts outside the United Kingdom where such a requirement would conflict with applicable consumer protection or jurisdiction rules.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
22. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Tech Nobile may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, commercial, operational or technological developments.
Any changes will be published on our website together with the date of the latest update.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or restrict contractual rights already acquired by customers.
Orders will remain subject to the contractual terms applicable when the relevant contract was concluded, unless an amendment is validly agreed or required by law.
