Shipping Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

At Tech Nobile, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, transparent and efficient shopping experience, from order confirmation through to final delivery.

This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions relating to the processing, preparation, dispatch and delivery of orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery Areas

Tech Nobile delivers to customers in the United Kingdom, within the areas supported and available during checkout.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination address, postcode and the conditions of our delivery partners.

Any geographical restrictions, delivery limitations or additional shipping charges will be clearly communicated before the customer confirms their order.

Delivery to certain remote areas, islands or locations may be subject to different availability, delivery times or shipping arrangements.

2. Order Processing

Once an order has been received, our team begins the verification and preparation process before dispatch.

This process may include:

  • Confirming customer contact details.

  • Verifying the delivery address.

  • Checking product availability.

  • Preparing and packaging the order.

  • Coordinating dispatch with our logistics partners.

Estimated processing times will be provided in the delivery information available during checkout.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.

Any necessary order verification will be carried out as efficiently as reasonably possible.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the customer's location, product availability and the delivery service selected.

Information regarding estimated delivery times will be provided before the purchase is completed.

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, orders must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the date the contract is concluded, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed.

Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, estimated delivery times and potential logistical delays do not affect customers' statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed before the customer confirms their order.

Delivery costs may vary depending on:

  • The delivery address.

  • The geographical area.

  • Parcel weight and dimensions.

  • The selected delivery service.

  • Applicable promotions or special offers.

Where free delivery is offered, the relevant eligibility conditions will be clearly stated.

Any additional shipping costs required to complete the purchase will be disclosed before order confirmation.

No unauthorised or undisclosed compulsory delivery charges will be added after the customer has placed their order.

Where customs duties, import taxes or other cross-border charges may apply, relevant information will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After an order has been placed, customers may receive confirmation by email or another communication method provided during checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where supported by the delivery service.

This information may include:

  • Order number.

  • Order processing status.

  • Dispatch confirmation.

  • Tracking number or tracking link.

  • Delivery updates.

Tracking information may take some time to become available after the parcel has been handed over to the delivery company.

For questions regarding an order's status, customers may contact:

Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk

6. Delivery Partners

Tech Nobile works with logistics providers and delivery companies selected according to service availability and destination.

The delivery company used may vary depending on geographical location and operational requirements.

Delivery services may be provided by local or international logistics partners.

Personal information reasonably necessary to complete delivery may be shared with the relevant logistics provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Tech Nobile remains responsible for fulfilling its statutory delivery obligations to customers, regardless of the delivery provider used.

7. Cash on Delivery

Where available, customers may select Cash on Delivery (COD) as their payment method during checkout.

In such cases:

  • The order is prepared and dispatched to the delivery address provided.

  • The customer pays the applicable amount upon delivery.

  • The total amount payable is communicated before the purchase is confirmed.

  • Any additional charges associated with this payment method are disclosed in advance.

Customers must follow the delivery company's instructions regarding accepted payment methods upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery availability depends on the destination and the conditions of the logistics service.

Where Cash on Delivery is not available, customers must select one of the other payment methods offered during checkout.

8. Delivery Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information to help ensure successful delivery.

This information may include:

  • Full name.

  • House or building number and street name.

  • Flat, apartment or unit number, where applicable.

  • Postcode.

  • Town or city.

  • County, where applicable.

  • Telephone number.

  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to locate the address.

If incomplete or inconsistent address information is identified, we may contact the customer to request clarification or correction.

Customers should ensure that the delivery address is accurate before completing their purchase.

Any address changes requested after dispatch will depend on the delivery company's operational capabilities.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once a parcel is in transit.

9. Delivery Attempts and Recipient Absence

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the delivery company may attempt delivery again or provide instructions for collecting the parcel from an authorised collection point.

Available options depend on the delivery provider's terms and procedures.

Customers are encouraged to check delivery notifications and tracking information and contact our support team if assistance is required.

Where applicable, customers may be able to arrange redelivery or collection directly with the carrier.

Any delivery-related issue will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Refused or Uncollected Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect their parcel, we recommend contacting our customer support team to resolve the situation.

Depending on the delivery provider's procedures, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

No automatic, excessive or disproportionate penalties will be imposed solely because a delivery was refused or a parcel was not collected.

Refusal or non-collection of a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of the statutory right to cancel.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should notify Tech Nobile clearly of their decision.

Valid statutory cancellation rights will be respected in accordance with applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.

11. Delivery Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times, logistical delays may occasionally occur.

If an order is delayed, customers may contact our support team for further information.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where goods are not delivered within the agreed delivery period or the applicable statutory period, consumers may have the right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period.

If the goods are not delivered within that additional period, the consumer may be entitled to treat the contract as ended and obtain a refund.

In certain circumstances, customers may be entitled to cancel without providing an additional delivery period, including where:

  • The trader has refused to deliver the goods.

  • Delivery by the agreed deadline was essential in the circumstances.

  • The customer informed the trader before the contract was concluded that delivery by a specified date was essential.

Where a customer validly ends the contract due to non-delivery, any refund due will be provided without undue delay, in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Lost Orders in Transit

If an order is lost during transit or does not reach its destination, customers should contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the situation with the relevant delivery provider and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Sending a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Cancelling the order.

  • Refunding any amounts already paid.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods generally remain at the trader's risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.

An exception may apply where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by Tech Nobile, as permitted by law.

Customers are not responsible for goods lost before the legal transfer of risk.

13. Products Damaged During Delivery

If a customer receives a damaged parcel or product, we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, customers may provide:

  • Order number.

  • Photographs of the outer packaging.

  • Photographs of the damaged product.

  • A description of the issue.

Where goods are damaged, faulty or do not conform to the purchase contract, customers are entitled to the remedies available under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Reporting a problem after the recommended reporting period does not automatically remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.

14. Order Cancellations and Amendments

Customers may request cancellation or amendment of an order by contacting:

Email: support@nobiletech.co.uk

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to process the request before shipment.

If the order is already in transit, we may provide information about available delivery options and applicable cancellation or return rights.

Changes to an order after dispatch may depend on the delivery provider's capabilities.

Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory cancellation rights.

15. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods online generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

In addition, Tech Nobile offers a voluntary 30-calendar-day returns policy, subject to the published conditions.

The voluntary returns policy operates independently of statutory consumer rights.

Where customers receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation remain unaffected.

For detailed information about return eligibility, procedures, return shipping costs and refund deadlines, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

In particular, it takes into account relevant provisions of:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the rules relating to delivery obligations, delayed delivery and the transfer of risk.

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.

  • Other relevant United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, as applicable.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, limits or overrides any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies, those provisions will take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

Tech Nobile reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy where necessary.

Any changes will not retrospectively remove or restrict contractual or statutory rights already acquired by customers.
